The Travel & Leisure Show is returning to the Dover Cruise Terminal on Saturday & Sunday 10th & 11th March 2012

The show is supported by Visit Kent, Nord Pas de Calais, and ATAK and, for the first time, will run for 2 days with the first day primarily a Trade Day for Itinerary Planners, Coach & Tour Operators and Group Travel Organisers and the Sunday as the traditional consumer day.

New for 2012 is the dedicated hall for The France Zone combining a truly French element into the show.

Over the years this event has attracted more and more companies from France who have been delighted to show our visitors what France has to offer: from truly inspirational travel ideas, for short or long breaks, fantastic accommodation and leisure activities to the widest selections of food and wine that France is famous for.

The France Zone will offer the visitors to the 2012 show the very best of France and an insight into the French lifestyle.

Representation at this "must attend" event will ensure that companies have a very cost effective opportunity to meet, face to face, with our visitors, thereby, enabling them to promote their company & products to a very proactive audience who have taken the time to visit the Show.

The Show will be professionally built in Shell Scheme with stands, starting at just £520 + VAT for a small 4m² stand (£130 per m²) which includes:

• Professionally built shell scheme stand
• Fascia board incorporating company name
• Lighting
• Access to visitor data
• Inclusion in the Show Guide
• Inclusion on the website

Available exhibition space is limited, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

THE LITTLE GEMS ZONE

A very cost effective area consisting of;

• Table
• 2 chairs
• Nameboard
• Entry in the Show Guide
• Inclusion in the Show Guide
• Entry on the Website

Total Cost: £60 + VAT

A LITERATURE RACK

For companies who wish to be represented, but do not have the manpower to take a physical presence. This option will offer you a very cost effective presence at the Show and will include;

• A Literature Rack, incorporating company name. (This will be kept stocked, by our staff, for the duration of the show)
• Web Entry
• Inclusion in the Show Guide

Total Cost: £40.00 + VAT

PRESENTATION THEATRE

The presentation theatre will be running throughout the day and limited slots are available for 20 minute presentations.

The theatre is professionally built with back lit projector and screen, and theatre style seating.
